James Bennett, Chief Operations Officer

James has over 17 years experience in industrial research and development in diverse areas including optics, lasers, cryogenics, super conductive materials, magnetics, data storage, instrumentation, electronics, high throughput screening technology and manufacturing work flow development. He has authored or coauthored over 20 publications and currently holds over 20 US and foreign patents. Mr Bennett holds a BA in physics from Hendrix College and an MS from the University of Arkansas. He is a member of SPIE Optical Engineering Society, the Society of Automotive Engineering, the North American Thermal Analysis Society and the American Physical Society.

Leo Matsiev, PhD, Chief Technical Officer

Leo has worked in industrial research and development for over 20 years in the fields of applied physics, chemistry and biology. He has developed a number of new technologies in material science, measurement techniques, physical and molecular chemistry, material property characterization, physical ultrasonics and sensors for real-time process monitoring. He holds 37 patents issued in US, EU, Japan, Canada and Russia, authored and co-authored 23 articles and conference presentations in material science and measurement technology. He holds PhD in Physics and Mathematics as well as MS and BS in Physics and Engineering –all from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and Materials Research Society.
